Toronto Homicide 59 – Windsor man, Parmvir Chahil, fatally shot at a downtown parking garage

Toronto police responded to a shooting in the parking garage of 388 Yonge Street on November 8th at approximately 7:17 p.m.

On arrival police located Parmvir Chahil, 27, of Windsor, suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency services performed life-saving measures, however, Chahil was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Investigators said the suspect fled the scene in a newer model silver SUV.

Investigators are asking anyone with information, or anyone who was parked in the parking garage at the time and has dash-camera footage to contact police.

* Parmvir Chahil who was allegedly linked to the UN gang was killed a day before Harpreet Singh Uppal an alleged Brothers Keepers gang associate and his 11-year-old son were killed in Edmonton.
