Toronto police responded to a call for sounds of gunshots in the area of Weston Road and Wilby Crescent on October 8, at approximately 11:03 p.m.
On arrival police located Clive Jones, 62, of Toronto, who was shot inside a commercial unit. He was pronounced at the scene.

Numerous individuals were seen fleeing the area immediately following the shooting, and police ask anyone who was driving in the area at the time, or who has video surveillance or dash cam footage of the incident, are asked to contact police at 416-808-7400, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
