Update Toronto Homicide 54 – David Blacquiere dies of a stab wound

Toronto police were called to the area of Weston Rd. and Little Ave on November 14th at approximately 11:50am on report of an injured man.

Police and paramedics arrived to find a man in his 50’s suffering from a stab wound. The victim was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

More information will be added as it becomes available.

Update November 14th
Toronto police have identified the victim as David Blacquiere. 54, of Angus, Ontario. Police are currently searching for Demetrius McFarquhar, 24, in relation to the death of Blacquiere.

 

Update November 19th

Toronto Police has issued a warrant for the arrest of Christopher Enrique Gordon, 18. Gordon is wanted for second degree murder. He has been described as 6’4″, 150 lbs., with a slender build, and black hair in braids.

Update November 23
A 16 year old girl turned herself into investigators at 12 Division. She was arrested and charged with: Accessory After the Fact To Murder.

Christopher Enrique Gordon, 18, and Demetrius McFarquhar, 24, are still on the run.

Update November 28th
Demetrius McFarquhar, 24, surrendered to police. McFarquhar has been charged with: Accessory After the Fact To Murder, Attempting to Obstruct Justice and Fail to Comply Recognizance.
