The 2023 Toronto Homicide Victim List is available here
Toronto police announced that on Saturday, July 1, 2023, Fudail Moulvi, 19, of Toronto was located deceased. Police said he is the victim of a homicide.
Homicide investigators are asking anyone who may have dash cam footage and video surveillance in the Lawrence Avenue East and Don Mills Road area, at 10 p.m., on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, to contact police. An image of the vehicle is being released.

On Tuesday, July 11, 2023, Komail Kabal Mohammad, 19, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
- Second Degree Murder
He appeared in court at Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 10 a.m., in room 106.
On Wednesday, July 12, 2023, Mustafa Khalid, 20, of Toronto, turned himself in to police and was arrested and charged with:
- Second Degree Murder
He appeared in court at Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 10 a.m., in room 106.
