Toronto police officers responded to an unknown trouble call at 340 Royal York Road on April 21st at approximately 6:22pm.
Police arrived to find Djuro Orlovic, 72, of Toronto, suffering from obvious injuries and no vital signs. Oriovic was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Janusz Rusin, 73, of Toronto, was arrested and has been charged with second degree murder. Police have asked that anyone who has information on the whereabouts and movements of Janusz Rusin in the days prior to this incident to contact police at 416-808-7400.
