Toronto Homicide #22 – Missing Man Paul Daly found deceased in his burnt-out Dodge Caravan. Courtney Michael Tenn charged

According to Toronto police Paul Daly, 54, was last seen on Friday, April 2, 2021, in the Woodbine Avenue and O’Connor Drive area.

On April 17th police said believed Daly was dead, but his remains and his vehicle hadn’t been found. at that time. Courtney Michael Tenn, 40, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with Improper/Indecent/Interference with a Dead Body.

Daly’s remains and his burnt-out Dodge Caravan were located at an undisclosed location. The coroner attended the scene and the vehicle was taken to the Centre of Forensic Sciences. An autopsy was completed and revealed that Daly had been the victim of a homicide.

On Monday, April 26, 2021, Courtney Michael Tenn, 40, of Toronto, was re-arrested and charged with Second-Degree Murder.
