Toronto police were patrolling the Woodward Avenue at Uphill Avenue area on March 2nd at approximately 2:27 am, when they came upon a man vital signs, and suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds in a snowbank.
Paramedics arrived and declared the victim who has been identified as Rohan Rose, 36, deceased at the scene.
CCTV of a suspect vehicle has been released. TPS said the investigation is ongoing and officers are urging anyone who was in the area at the time, or has any information, to immediately contact police a 416-808-7400 .
Update:
Huron West Detachment OPP said the shooting occurred at a home on Collingwood Clearview Townline, near 36/27 Nottawasaga Sideroad. OPP said they have taken over the investigation and they believe Rose’s death is connected to shooting near Collingwood.
