The 2023 Winnipeg Homicide Victim List is available here

Winnipeg Police General Patrol members from Downtown, West District, North District and East District responded to the 100 block of Langside Street for the report of multiple injured people on November 26, 2023, at approximately 4:05 a.m.

On arrival police located five people with gunshot injuries. An adult male and an adult female were pronounced deceased at the scene. The three other victims were located and transported to the hospital in critical condition where a man and a woman died of their injuries. A 55-year-old male remains in hospital in critical condition.

The four deceased have been identified as Crystal Shannon BEARDY, 34; Stephanie Amanda BEARDY, 33; Melelek Leseri LESIKEL, 29; and Dylan Maxwell LAVALLEE, 41.

Update: Winnipeg police announced on December 1st that Jamie Randy FELIX, 32, of Winnipeg, has been arrested and charged with the following:

– Second Degree Murder x 4

– Attempt to Commit Murder

FELIX had been detained in custody.
