Terry Miller dies of stabbing injuries in Coquitlam

Coquitlam police were called to a stabbing near 228 Schoolhouse St. around 8:00 p.m. on February 10th. Terry Miller, 66, was located with critical stab wounds

Terry Miller, 66, was located with critical stab wounds and another man were rushed to hospital. Miller dies of his injuries in hospital on February 22nd. Police said the second man who was also injured, is recovering from their stabbing injuries. Investigators noted that both victims were known to each other and that the incident is unrelated to the ongoing Lower Mainland gang conflict.

Police are seeking dash-cam video captured near the crime scene at about the same time.

Update January 21st
Jeffrey Stevens, 21, was arrested Friday, January 20th by Surrey RCMP and charged with Second-Degree murder.

Update December 30th
Chalice Slavik of Delta was arrested on January 27th and has been charged with manslaughter.
