Adam Disalle 35, is facing a manslaughter charge after the victim of a street assault died in hospital.
Police said Frank Colucci 54, was assaulted on the sidewalk outside Toronto café near on April 17. Colic was taken to hospital where he died three days later.
Toronto police have arrested a second man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a teenager March 21st.
Corey Murray, 29, was arrested in Mississauga. He is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Trevor Seraphine. Seraphine was gunned down outside of an apartment building at 44 Willowridge Rd. in Toronto’s northwest on March 21.
Murray’s brother, 25-year-old Curtis Murray, was also apprehended and charged with first-degree murder.
A 72-year-old man who was found bleeding from the head in Etobicoke has died from his injuries and police say his death was a homicide.
Khee Hien Liem was found at an address on Lake Shore Boulevard, near Humber Bay Park Road at around 3 p.m. March 18th. He was semi-conscious and appeared to be suffering from a head wound, police said at the time.
Police said that Liem died of his injuries in hospital March 23rd.

Six young men are facing first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of Malcolm Marfo.
Police made the arrests during early morning raids on Thursday in the Dixon Road and Kipling Avenue area.
Marfo, 22, was gunned down on March 17.
Sharmarke Farah, 18, Ali Mohamed Isse, 21, Liban Hussein, 20, Mohamed Omar, 26, Saieed Hagi, 20, and a 17-year-old who can not be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act are each facing a charge of first-degree murder.
One more suspect, 21-year-old Hanad Farah is still wanted.
The family of one of the two men who was fatally shot on Feb 28th, when a security guard discharged his weapon at an east-end Toronto McDonald’s says the victims were “play fighting” prior to the incident.
Ryan Hind, 39, and Donny Ouimette, 25, were shot over the weekend at the fast-food restaurant, located in the area of Coxwell and Danforth Avenues. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
41-year-old Jason Andrew Boucher Toronto resident has been charged with murder after a man was found dead inside his east-end home Feb 4th.
Scott Savoy, 48, was found inside a residence at Danforth Road and Kennedy Road on February 4 by several friends who had grown concerned after not hearing from him.
A subsequent autopsy determined that Savoy died as a result of blunt-force trauma; however police initially refrained from classifying the death as a homicide.
Jason Andrew Boucher was then arrested on Monday and charged with second-degree murder.
Aloy Onochie 61-year-old Toronto man has been identified as the victim in the city’s latest homicide and his 18-year-old son has been charged in his death.
Toronto police were called to a Pemberton Avenue condo building on Jan 18th in the Yonge Street and Finch Avenue area, where they found a man dead.
Det. Rob North said the victim was found suffering from “blunt-force trauma injuries to his body.”
His son, 18-year-old Uchenna Onochie, now faces a charge of second-degree murder
Toronto police issued a news release advising that Roderick McIntosh , 67, of Toronto had been charged in the death of Brent Gartner. McIntosh was the injured man found near the scene of the stabbing on Jan 10th.
Police were called to an apartment at 330 Jarvis St. on Saturday evening, where they found the 51-year-old Gartner suffering from multiple stab and slash wounds.
Gartner was rushed to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
