Kathryn Horne, 58, was found dead inside a house in Brampton, when police officers responded to a disturbance call On March 29th. Horne’s body showed obvious trauma.
Richard Pereira, 36, was charged at the scene with second-degree murder. The relationship between the victim and the suspect is still unclear.
51 year old Kate Lynn Reid was last seen January 1, 2015 at her apartment in Kitchener Ontario. Last seen on January 1st 2015 near her apartment, Reid was reported missing by a relative on January 27, 2015.
March 8th, 2015 Waterloo Regional Police have charged Hugh Rayburn McColl, a 61-year-old Kitchener man who was also the victim’s ex-roommate, with second-degree murder in connection to the disappearance and presumed death of Reid.
Human remains were found Friday March 27th, 2015 behind a dumpster at the apartment where Kate Lynn Reid lived. According to police, the autopsy also provided further evidence that Reid was killed, though what caused them to believe that has not been released.
Toronto police have arrested a second man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a teenager March 21st.
Corey Murray, 29, was arrested in Mississauga. He is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Trevor Seraphine. Seraphine was gunned down outside of an apartment building at 44 Willowridge Rd. in Toronto’s northwest on March 21.
Murray’s brother, 25-year-old Curtis Murray, was also apprehended and charged with first-degree murder.
A 72-year-old man who was found bleeding from the head in Etobicoke has died from his injuries and police say his death was a homicide.
Khee Hien Liem was found at an address on Lake Shore Boulevard, near Humber Bay Park Road at around 3 p.m. March 18th. He was semi-conscious and appeared to be suffering from a head wound, police said at the time.
Police said that Liem died of his injuries in hospital March 23rd.

Six young men are facing first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of Malcolm Marfo.
Police made the arrests during early morning raids on Thursday in the Dixon Road and Kipling Avenue area.
Marfo, 22, was gunned down on March 17.
Sharmarke Farah, 18, Ali Mohamed Isse, 21, Liban Hussein, 20, Mohamed Omar, 26, Saieed Hagi, 20, and a 17-year-old who can not be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act are each facing a charge of first-degree murder.
One more suspect, 21-year-old Hanad Farah is still wanted.
Police were called to Willits’ apartment on Base Line Road West on March 4th. He was found sufferering from severe head trauma and was rushed to hospital, where he later died.
Police are still searching for 22-year-old suspect Steven Antone.
Antone is of First Nations descent. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
Police have released few details in the McCullagh case other than they’re looking for three men who were travelling in a red pickup truck with white lettering above the rear wheels.
March 4th, McCullagh was taking out the garbage from the front porch of their home while his wife Mary Willar was on the couch in the front room playing video games.
Willar heard him shout, “I’ve been shot,” then stumbled in the doorway and fell on to the floor, later dying inside the home.
Police said they believe McCullagh and culprits knew each other and maintain they believe there were three suspects.
The family of one of the two men who was fatally shot on Feb 28th, when a security guard discharged his weapon at an east-end Toronto McDonald’s says the victims were “play fighting” prior to the incident.
Ryan Hind, 39, and Donny Ouimette, 25, were shot over the weekend at the fast-food restaurant, located in the area of Coxwell and Danforth Avenues. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
The body of Jessica Scanlon was found in her home at 13 Chetwood St. on Feb. 23. An autopsy by the coroner’s office revealed she was murdered.
Niagara regional police arrested the suspect on Monday. Jeremy Edward Gough of St. Catharines was charged with first-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in bail court on March 19th.
