Baylee Wylie’s body was in his home in Moncton December 19th after a fire. Firefighters and RCMP deemed the death of Wylie as suspicious.
RCMP are looking for 18 year old Tyler Noel and 20 year old Marissa Shephard.
The death of Baylee Wyile continues to be under investigation.

Devon Morningstar 19 has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the death on Baylee Wylee. Marissa Shephard and Tyler Noel are also facing charges of arson and murder, their court dates aren’t until October and May 2017
Update July 14th 2017
Tyler Noel pleaded guilty in May to second-degree murder and arson with disregard for human life in Wylie’s death. Noel was Sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 10 years, although the Crown was seeking 20-25 years before parole eligibility.
Marissa Shephard has been accused of first degree murder, she will go on trial February 2018.
Steve Lévesque has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Denis Leblanc on August 12, in Val-d’Amour. Lévesque has been ordered to undergo a 30-day psychiatric assessment.
Lévesque remains in custody until thinned of his assessment. He is scheduled to return to court on Sept. 15.
Andrew Merlin Schriver of Central , Waterville has been charged with second degree murder in the death of Richard Foster of Bull Lake.
On August 2nd police found Foster and Schriver in a home in Central Waterville, suffering from stab wounds.
The pair was transported to hospital where Foster died overnight. Upon release from the hospital Schriver was arrested in connection with the death.
Schriver is in jail until his next court appearance on November 19th.
Jessica Miller’s body was found in a wooded area in Prince of Wales, just west of Saint John, on July 13. Autopsy reports confirmed that Miller died of asphyxiation.
Jesse Reynolds confirmed that he choked Miller after a night of binge drinking and cocaine use.
He has been sentenced to 5 years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter.
Rock LaForest, 21, has been charged with the death of his Mother Murielle LaForest, and charged with attempted murder of his Father Jacques LaForest.
Grand Falls police responded to a 911 call from Jaques LaForest on July 17th. Upon arrival they found 57 year old LaForest, injured, he was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 53 year old Murielle LaForest died at the scene.
Two axes were seized at the scene but police would not say whether they were used in the attack.
Officers were called to a home on Red Head Road on July 3 for a well being check. As Police entered the home, they heard a gunshot.
A 51 year old man and a 50 year old woman were found dead. Their names will not be released.
New Brunswick Police have charged Jérémie Brideau of Leech with manslaughter after they found a 48-year-old man lying unconscious on June 30th. The man was taken to hospital where he later died.
Police have not released the victims name.
Fire crews were called to extinguish a blazing fire in Peel. The body of Phyllis Roy 52, was found inside her home, On March 2 after the fire was extinguished.
Police were suspicious of the fire from the beginning, after finding “different types of accelerants” in the area.
25 year old Ryan Roy, her son, has been charged with second degree murder. The exact cause of death has been determined, but will not be released.
Police were called to a home on Norris Road on February 4th, on a call of a stabbing. On arrival they found Scott Bennett 32 suffering from a serious stab would that resulted from an altercation between him and his nephew Justin Bennett 18.
Scott bennett was transfered to hospital where he later died from his injuries.
On February 1st 2016 Justin Bennett was charged with manslaughter in the murder of his uncle Scott Bennett.
Michel Vienneau was killed by Bathurst police outside the city’s Via Rail station and still, little is known about the actual series of events.
Neither Bathurst city police nor New Brunswick RCMP are talking, but the investigating police force, Nova Scotia RCMP, says the events are still being scrutinized.
Vienneau was shot the morning of Jan.12 and all police said in the week that followed, was that Vienneau had been shot by a Bathurst police officer during an investigation. The investigation was being run along with New Brunswick RCMP.
Police have asked for witnesses to come forward to help with the investigation.
Two officers from the police force in Bathurst, Const. Patrick Bulger and Const. Mathieu Boudreau have been charged with manslaughter in connection with the shooting death of Michel Vienneau outside the city’s train station.
