Surrey RCMP responded to the report of an assault with a weapon at a home on 128A street, on October 1st.
Police and paramedics arrived to find one male victim suffering from a serious stab wound. The victim was treated by paramedics but died from his injuries at the scene.
According to reports an argument escalated resulting in the stabbing. RCMP said the suspect surrendered himself to police at the home.
