Sudbury police said David Leon Stefanczuk,39, was arrested and charged with Manslaughter on May 14th in connection to an Opioid Death of a community member on February 1, 2019. 

Stefanczuk appeared in court for a Bail Hearing on Thursday, June 6, 2019. Police will not be released the identity of the deceased.
