Regina police were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of King Street, at approximately 9:32 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20th.

43 year-old Mitchell Lorne Oliver ANTHONY, of Regina unresponsive and performed CPR until paramedics arrived. Anthony was pronounced deceased at the scene. The cause of death has not been released.

Twenty year-old Reagan Riley Joseph MACDONALD, of Regina, was arrested on October 21st, and charged with:

• Manslaughter [246(B) CC]; and
• Fail to Comply [145(4)(a) CC].
