On May 18th, Prince Albert Police Service responded to an incident involving a vehicle and pedestrian in the 800 Block of 15 Street East at approximately 2 p.m.
The victim, Allan Andres, 32, was transported to hospital by Parkland Ambulance in serious condition. Andres died of his injuries on May 26th.
As a result of the investigation, investigators with the Criminal Investigation Division arrested Rajdeepsinh Bihola and charged him with second-degree murder. Mr. Bihola had originally been arrested for aggravated assault and assault with a weapon on May 18, 2022.
Update:
Rajdeepsinh Bihola has been acquitted of manslaughter of Arby’s manager 31-year-old Allan Andres.
According to CBC the men were arguing over a messed up drink order from the day before. When Bihola attempted to leave he got into his rental car, Andres was knocked to the ground by the car and hit his head, which caused a serious head injury and also a leg fracture.
