RCMP responded to the report of a man being shot at a Petro Canada Gas Station on Highway 28 in Cold Lake on August 9th at approximately 1:00 am.

Police arrived to find Kevin Evans, 41, deceased at the scene.

RCMP confirmed that three suspects are in custody and that the remaining suspect is described as being a man in his mid-20s, about five-foot-11 and 140 pounds. Anyone who has seen the SUV or has information should call Cold Lake RCMP at 780-594-3302.

Update August 13th
Bryan Collins, 25, of Elizabeth Metis Settlement and a 17-year-old male youth have been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Kevin Evans, 41, of Elizabeth Metis Settlement.
