Lethbridge Police responded to a residence in the 1200-block of 4 Avenue South on February 8th, at approximately 1:18am, on the report of a person screaming for help.

Police arrived at the scene and located the body of a deceased 65-year-old male inside the residence. Police initally said the death was suspicious, however the Medical Examiner’s Office in Calgary confirmed the manner of death as a homicide. The victim’s identity and the cause of death has not been released at this time.

Lethbridge Police have arrested one male in relation to the ongoing investigation.
