The 2021 BC Homicide Victim List is available here

The Sea-to-Sky RCMP responded to the Whistler Medical Clinic on August 14th at approximately 2:09 am after being alerted by medical staff of 26-year-old Henry Stanley Garcia Molina arriving with stabbing injuries. The victim died of his injuries at the clinic.

With the help of witnesses, police identified the crime scene in the 4100 block of Village Green. The IHIT said the victim was not known to the police, and the incident is not believed to be associated with the current Lower Mainland gang conflict.

Update:
The IHIT announced that on June 22, 2022, with assistance from E Division Major Crime’s integrated surveillance team and support from the Richmond RCMP, IHIT investigators arrested 22-year-old Dedaar Jhooty. On June 23, 2022, a charge of manslaughter was laid by the BC Prosecution Service against Dedaar Jhooty for his alleged involvement.

Update July 19th, 2024
Dedaar Jhooty appeared in B.C. provincial court in North Vancouver on Tuesday to enter the guilty plea for Manslaughter.
