Surrey police responded to a shooting in the 13600-block of 114 Avenue shortly before 11:00 p.m on December 1st.
Police arrived at the scene to find Verron Nand, 21, deceased and another man in serious condition. The injured man was rushed to the hospital in serious condition.
It has been reported that the two victims are known to police and the IHIT has taken over the case.
