Ontario Provincial Police responded to the report of an altercation in the 900 block of 6th Street East in Owen Sound on May 16th at approximately 9:30pm.

Police located Kody Hunter, 22, from Holland Centre, suffering from serious injuries. Hunter was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The cause of death has not been released at this time.

Robert Jackson, 21, from Owen Sound, and Christie Currie, 39, from Chatsworth, ON were arrested on May 22nd and charged with first degree murder. On May 23rd police also arrested Megan Hopkins, 27, from Owen Sound, and charged her with first degree murder in the death of Kody Hunter.
