North Bay police responded to the report of an injured man in the area of Fraser Street and Worthington Street West on December 18th at approximately 2:20am.

On arrival police located 33-year-old Tristan Ayers suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. His cause of death has not been released.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with information that may assist the police with this investigation is asked to call the North Bay Police Service at 705-497-5555 and select option 9.

Update December 28th
Brandon John Nakogee, 29, of North Bay has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. Trevor John Goulais, 33 of no fixed address has also been arrested and charged with second-degree murder, and failing to comply with a probation order.
