Ottawa police said Brian Blondin, 62, had been found stabbed to death in his 7 Sidney Street apartment in Little Italy on November 1st.
Nichole Hover, 44, turned herself in has been charged with second-degree murder. She appeared in court on Saturday morning and remains in custody.
Police said the investigation continues, and there is no further information available at this time.
