The 2023 Montreal Homicide Victim List is availble here

Montreal police have declared the death of a 71-year-old man who was found on March 31 in an apartment on 4th Avenue a homicide.

Police initially said the death was “suspicious” as his body had possible signs of violence. the cause of death has not been released, however, police said the death marks the city’s seventh homicide of the year.
