Montreal police responded to the report of gunshots in the area of Boulevard Crémazie East, at the intersection with Rue Cartier on August 9th at approximately 9:30pm.

Police arrived to find Pierre Clermont-Duquerns, 22, also know as rapper Jeune Loup (Young Wolf) suffering from gunshot injuries to the upper body. He was pronounced at the scene.

Clermont-Duquerns was known to police. No arrests have been made at this time.
