The Ottawa Homicide Victim List is available here

The Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit is currently investigating the murder of an adult woman that took place around 6:10 PM on December 25th. Police said the incident occurred in the 1 to 100 block of Spadina Avenue.

The victim has been identified as 46-year-old Jolene Arreak of Ottawa. Police have not released her cause of death.

Manasi FOO, 35, of Ottawa, has been charged with second-degree murder, he appeared in court on December 26th. FOO is also charged with attempted murder on a surviving victim who was treated in hospital and released.
