London police and paramedics responded to a 9-1-1 call at a residence on the report of an altercation on July 7th at approximately 7:20pm.

Police located 59-year-old Elzbieta Cabala deceased at the scene.

Police arrested 39-year-old Barbara Cabala, of no fixed address, and charged her with manslaughter.
