London ON – Two men and a woman charged following the homicide of Scotty Pate.

London police attended the area in response to a 9-1-1 call in relation to a shooting in the area of Dundas Street and Ashland Ave on October 7th at approximately 8:53pm.

Police and paramedics arrived to find Scotty William Pate, 27, of London suffering from a gunshot wound. Pate was rushed to hospital where he died that night of his injuries.

Following an investigation, police arrested Denny Doucet, 40, and Nicole Moyer, 35, of London, as well as Jason Sylvestre, 36, of Windsor, on October 10th. All three suspects have been charged with Manslaughter contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. All suspects remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in London court at a later date in relation to the charge.
