Kong Wu Wang, 50, was found lying on the side of the road, and suffering from a gunshot wound on Nov. 7 around 6:00am by York Regional Police.

It has been alleged that Wang was bound and forced into a vehicle in North Toronto shot and taken to Markham to be dumped, according to police.

Qiao Xi Zeng, 41, Xue Mao Gong, 32, Qin Long Xue, 22, all of Markham and Yong-Yout Salapseng and Haoxing Feng, 27, of Toronto have been charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping.
