Timmins Police Service responded to a report of a vehicle fire, where human remains were located inside on May 18th.

Police said the remains ar of Kirk Thurston JR, 23, of Schumacher The cause of death has not been released however police are calling the death a homicide.

Richard Green, 41 of Timmins has been arrested and charged in relation to this homicide.
