Regina police responded to a report of an unresponsive man lying on the street in the 1200 block of Queen Street, on December 1st at approximately 4:00am.

Police and paramedics arrived to find 23-year-old Keenan Scott Toto lying injured on the street. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
