Codiac RCMP responded to a report of shots fired at a home on Sangster St at approximately 9:20pm on May 21st.

Const. Isabelle Beaulieu said Josh Daley, 27, was found badly injured inside the home. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

Jake Mischiek was arrested on May 21st and charged with first-degree murder murder.

The RCMP is asking anyone with information, or who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, to contact the Major Crime Unit at 506-857-2400.More information will be added as it becomes available.
