Surrey RCMP received a report of two bodies found in the area of 192 Street and 40 Avenue on June 4th at approximately 10:30 pm.
Police arrived to find two teenagers, Jaskaran Singh Bhangal, 17, and Jaskarn Singh Jhutty, 16, lying roadside with gunshot wounds. Police said both victims were declared deceased at the scene.
