James McCallen 56, of Bradford was brutally assaulted on the driveway of a home on Centre Street in Bradford on September 12. Police arrived to the call to find McCallen with a serious head injury.

Despite life saving efforts McCallen died in hospital. His 23 year old  son was also injured, but was released from hospital with a broken arm.

A 20-year-old Mississauga man has been charged with manslaughter.
