Regional Police were called to a property on Pettit Road near Sutherland Drive in Fort Erie for a welfare check on February 4rd at approximately 10am.

Police said Human remains were  located on the property. Niagara police and the medical examiner are working to positively I.D the body.

James Dylan Osborne, 32,  of Fort Erie has been arrested and charged with second degree murder and causing an indignity to a dead body.
