Human remains found at a construction site on the D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club, 21 year old charged

Investigators are combing a construction site on the D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club after human remains were found on Monday July 17th.

Okotoks police said the 53 year old man and his 21 year old son in the 200 block of 90 Avenue S.E. that resulted in his death. The victim was then transported to the construction site where his body was found.

The victim’s son Zaineddin Al Aalak, 21, was arrested on Tuesday July 18th and has been charged with second-degree murder and committing and indignity to a body. Police said a weapon was found at the son’s residence.

The victims name has not been released by RCMP at this time.

RCMP have identified the victim as Mohamed Jasmin Al Aalak, 53.
