Hanif Jessa was found shot in his car in front of his house on July 15th, in Burnaby.  A neighbour reported hearing two men yelling at each other before a series of loud popping noises was heard.

Police believe that this was a targeted incedent.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is asking anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the homicide to contact them at 1-877-551-IHIT.
