Grande Cache RCMP received a report of a deceased male on Stern Crescent in Grande Cache on February 21, 2023, at 9:06 a.m.

On arrival RCMP located 52-year-old Robert Zibauer Grande Cache resident deceased at the scene. The Alberta Major Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation.

RCMP are looking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of a 2018 Hyundai Tucson that was observed at the Hinton Shell Gas Station on Feb. 18, 2023, between 3:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m.

RCMP are requesting dashcam footage from area residents within the town of Grande Cache as well as South on Highway 40 up to Victor Lake Road that depicts a dark coloured Hyundai Tucson with front end damage on Feb. 21, 2023, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Anyone with information is asked to contact investigators at 780-827-2222.
