Man and a Woman charged – Fredericton NB police investigated the homicide of Clark Ernest Greene, at Wilmot Park

Fredericton Police and emergency crews were called to the north side of Wilmot Park, adjacent to Woodstock Road on the report of an injured man lying on the ground, on April 15th at approximately 8:10am.

Police said the male victim sustained injuries that were inconsistent with a death caused by natural or self-inflicted means. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the cause of death and the victim’s identity.

Update April 19
Police have identified the victim as 31-year old Clark Ernest Greene, of Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Update May 25th
Zachery David Murphy, 20, and Angela April Walsh, 21, have both been charged with the first-degree murder of Clark Ernest Hunter Greene, 31.  The pair were arrested on May 25th after executing a search warrant at a house on the city’s south side.

Update November 8th
The lawyers for Angela April Walsh who also goes by Ali Morningstar, asked for the adjournment in the case in order to obtain a second, psychiatric examination. Judge Richards granted the three-week adjournment.
