Edmonton police responded to the report of an unresponsive male in the area of 118 Avenue and 96 Street on August 10th at 9:45am.

Police arrived to find 25-year-old Owen Baptiste deceased at the scene. Edmonton Medical Examiner completed an autopsy on Owen Baptiste, 25 on August 13th and determined the manner of death to be a homicide.

The cause of death has not been released. Anyone with information about this homicide is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567.
