The 2021 Edmonton Homicide Victim List is available here

Edmonton police responded to a weapons complaint in the area of 105 Avenue and 157 Street on Sunday January 17th at approximately 6:15am.

Police located Dion William McCallum, 49, suffering from serious injuries inside of the residence. The victim was treated and rushed to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The Edmonton Medical Examiner said the cause of death was a gunshot wound.

Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity or vehicle(s) in the area of 105 Avenue and 157 Street around 6 a.m on (Jan. 17, 2021) is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567
