Sudbury Police responded to a weapons complaint on Louis Street on August 7th.

Police learned an argument at a social gathering escalated and led to the shooting of 24-year-old Andrew Mackey. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

David Pusey, 28, has been charged with second-degree murder. Dominique Buledi, 25, s facing other charges, including unauthorized possession of a firearm.
