Christopher Giroux was found by Edmonton Police with serious chest trauma on September 26th just after midnight.

Giroux was rushed to hospital where he died a short time later. The cause of death is not being released at this time.

October 3

Levi Denim Simpson 26 is facing a first degree murder charge in the death of Giroux. Simpson is also facing charges of  unlawful confinement, aggravated sexual assault, robbery, possession of an offensive weapon, possession of an identity document and disguise with the intent to commit an offense.

Update October 14th

Edmonton police said Duncan Farrell 22, was arrested October 13th and charged with first degree murder in the death of Giroux.
