Pond Inlet RCMP responded to a disturbance on April 7th at a home in the community.

Police arrived to find a 21-year-old man deceased in the home. Police did not release the cause of death, however stated that the circumstances surrounding the death were suspicious.

an adult woman and an adult man have been arrested and both have been charged with second-degree murder.
