Calgary police charged a woman with manslaughter in a 2019 suspicious death

Calgary police responded to the Heritage CTrain station after the report of a couple passed out on the floor on February 7th 2019 at approximately 10:00pm.

Police said the pair were taken to hospital where Benjamin Rain 29 died of his injuries. Police said the investigation and medical evidence from the autopsy, has lead them to believe that Rain died following a violent domestic incident.

Mae Tallow, 29, was arrested on May 19th, 2020 and charged with manslaughter.
