Ontario Provincial Police responded to a sudden death report on property on King Street in Caledon at around 7:25 p.m. December 27th.

Police arrived to find Tyler Swartz, 18, deceased. OPP will not be releasing the cause of death at this time as the details are under a publication ban.

Jonathan Weir, 20, of Caledon has been charged with first degree murder. No other information is available at this time.
