Police said Anthony Charles Johnson, 31 sustained life-threatening injuries after a shooting on January 26th near the intersection of Connaught Avenue and Chisholm Avenue in Halifax.

Johnson was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries on Feb 6th. Police have not laid any charges in the shooting. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Halifax Regional Police.

Update May 1st
Halifax Regional Police said investigators with the help of Toronto police arrested Shondell James Ogden, 30 on April 23rd. Ogden was transported back to Halifax where he has been charged with first-degree murder.
