Red Deer RCMP responded to the report of a deceased person inside an apartment on 30 Street on March 10th at approximately 8:00pm.

On arrival police located a deceased 23-year-old Mandeep Kaur. Police said an autopsy was completed and determined that her death was a homicide.

As a result of the investigation, a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for 21-year-old Gurpreet Singh, for second-degree murder. Police said Singh is believed to have left the country and efforts to locate him are ongoing.
