Toronto police responded to a medical emergency at 2301 Danforth Avenue on February 9th at approximately 10:24pm.

Police and paramedics arrived and located Harry Lainas, 47, of Toronto, suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds in the parking garage of a building. Despite lifesaving efforts from paramedics, the victim died at the scene.

Police said shell casings were found nearby,  and homicide investigators have now taken over the investigation.  Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7400, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS.

According to the Toronto Star, Harry Lainas, was a full member of the Hells Angels’ Simcoe South chapter.
