Surrey RCMP responded to an altercation in the 1600 block of 160 Street on September 6th at approximately 12:30am.
Police arrived at the scene to find an adult victim was located suffering from gunshot wounds. Police said 46-year-old Wayne Duncan was rushed to the hospital, but died of his injuries.
Surrey RCMP has arrested two male suspects in relation to this homicide. Police said the victim and the suspects were known to each other.

The IHIT said 74-year-old George Bragg was arrested on Jue 1st 2020, and charged with First-degree murder for the Sept 6, 2019 shooting death of Wayne Duncan, 46.
